A bar chart in which the height of each bar is the percentage chance that there was a prey delivery in each hour of the day, from the 5:00 hour interval to 20:00 hour interval. The percentage chance of a prey delivery is highest in the 7:00 hour interval at 69%, dipping down to 19% during the 10:00 hour and then increasing back to around 47% from 13:00 to 18:00.

Reading the Graph: When do the adult hawks delivery prey to the nest? Is it in the morning? As the sun sets? Find out and see if you notice any other patterns. How does this visualization compare to the other visualizations about prey deliveries?

Notes: Each day is split into hour intervals from 5:00 through 20:00 (8:00 P.M.), and the height of each bar is the percentage chance that an adult hawk will deliver prey during each of those time intervals. For example, out of the total number of times that at least one person watched the 5:00-6:00 interval, there was seven percentage chance that an adult hawk would delivery prey then. Also, keep in mind that some hours of the day were better covered by participants than others. See what the time watched data look like here and consider how it might affect the chance that there will be a prey delivery each hour.
